cortisol and thyroid

hi everyone

i Keep having my cortisol tested and it coming back low. Or just below the range even at 9am when it should be higher in the range. I am taking adrenal cortex with no improvements. My iron is low as well will post results (taking three arrows for iron). Please note My last result of 175 was at 11:30am picture on post.

My question is… I have been suffering with chronic fatigue (diagnosed as ME) although I feel something is obviously causing the chronic fatigue. I also have pots, orthostatic hypertension. I saw an nhs endo who looked at me and said I do not look like someone with addisons….. well if a 34 year old woman walking with a walker looks ‘normal’ then I do not know….

I am sleeping on and off most days with debilitating fatigue. I used to be really fit and healthy (swim 4 times a week) and work full time. I had a baby 4years ago and it all went downhill.

I am lost where to go from here. If anyone could recommend an endo (privately) that specialises in cortisol issues, it would be appreciated.

Thyroid

Tsh 0.08 (range 0.5- 5.0)

T4 11.8 (range 7.9- 16.0)

T3 5.6 (range 3.8- 6.0)

Serum ferrtin 15 (range 15.0-300)

Folate 12.3 (range 2.5- 9999.0)

would eve grateful for any help!

Request GP do full iron panel test for anaemia

Any obvious reason for terrible iron levels

Are you vegetarian or vegan or heavy periods

You may need iron infusion

Have you been taking Three Arrows iron?

Did you reduce Armour after last result?

nope I eat a lot of meat in diet and have a very healthy diet lots of fruit, veg, red meats. No heavy periods actually very light. Which is why I am baffled I can not lift that iron up.

I ended up cutting down 75mcg a week of the tirisont. I am currently on 1 grain armour and 64.2mcg tiro daily.

Also just to add. Where can I find the list of private endos. Or if someone could pm me anywhere in the Essex area.
