B12 injections

I have found this site; vitaminb12online.com

Wondering how safe they are, if anyone has used them and what dosage to take..I'm at drs tomorrow to hopefully get b12 injections, but since they only give hydroxocobalamin every 3 months..I doubt it would help.

Can you mix and match b12 injections? Hydroxocobalamin every 3 months from drs, and say so many a week/month of methylcobalamin? Thanks

I think you would be better asking about this on the Pernicious Anaemia Society forum as there are some members there who source their own B12 injections and they will know of reliable suppliers they can recommend

The link Polaris gave you on the PAS Forum is for Hydroxocobalamin. It will be just fine. I buy it OTC here in Crete and inject weekly. Some people do mix up their B12 and all is well. I take Methyl lozenges too ! Polaris is also a member here and knows her stuff 😊
