Just an update from my last post, my doctor is happy with my last blood results
Serum free T4 13.6 pmol/L (12.0 - 22.0)
Serum TSH level 0.38 miu/L (0.27-4.2)
She said she will check my vitamins in 6 weeks. My last bloods showed low vit D and B12 in the lower range. I am now taking my own supplements and am taking 150mg levothyroxine she has me on 125, but I still felt ill. Anyway I have come to the conclusion I need to sort myself out as the doc is not interested. I have ordered a private blood test from medicheck ultra vit. My question is I took my Levo last night 1am and want to go first thing in the morning, should I take my Levo tonight or leave it until I’ve had the test?
Thanks in advance.

It's normally advised to leave 24 hours between last dose of Levo and blood draw. Any longer and you get a false low FT4, take Levo close to the blood draw and you get a false high FT4. So if you took your Levo at 1am Wednesday and had blood draw at, say 9am on Thursday, that would be 32 hours so your FT4 result would show a lot lower than what is normally circulating.
