OK, who did it?

I woke up this morning with someones spare tire. So who snuck in in the night and stuck that there?

I have been tinkering with my dose, as I am getting symptoms of over medicated (shakes, head sweats, palps) but also getting symptoms of under medication (tired, tinnitus, leg cramps). I can usually judge ny dosage by how loud the doorbell in in my ears, but this time the tinkering has not altered anything.

And now this! It looks to be from a dumper truck and needs some air. I dont have any fat stored anywhere else and it seemed to appear overnight. So please would the person who is missing a tyre come and get it. There will be no storage charge - promise!

One morning a few months ago, I noticed I'd been visited by a chicken overnight. It stole my nice normal neck, and glued its own under my chin. 😤

It could be worse - it could have been a male turkey! :)

Must be some sort of crime wave going on , I think we should tell the admins. Lot's of people on here recently seem to have been victims of The Great Brain Robbery

I'm one who's been visited by the TGBR but keep hoping I'll find it (or it finds me) :)

Wasn’t me, I’ve still got mine and the tinnitus and the tiredness......

I have gained some weight during lockdown and I blame too many chocolate bars and being stuck in the house for days on end. Luckily I think my levels are ok because I feel well but I will be doing a blood test as soon as possible just to check.

I didn't know there was a blood test for chocolate levels Lora. Is it medichecks or blue horizon?

I've just been monitoring mine by the amount of empty wrappers hidden down the back of the sofa .......

I’m not sure it arrived overnight.

I think you were already tired when you went to bed 😛

I've been struck by the feeling for some months that there is far too much of me in front of me - and it keeps on getting worse. :(

Try not to worry bean, soon all your troubles will be behind you :)

'Admins'..... how do i report identity theft? .......... none of these replies can really have come from me ,since as you know, i'm doing my tax return and not messing about on here.

I've had a pot belly for a few years, but it was mostly below the navel - disguisable. I still had a sort-of waist. A year ago the pot rapidly expanded upwards to the diaphragm, so now, with the sudden advent of chicken neck, I look 10 years older than I did then. I regard it as one of the iniquities of post-menopause.

Not guilty either...got enough spares to survive a famine. Hilarious though...thank you all!

And have you heard of these things called calories? The little blighters creep into your wardrobe in the middle of the night and sew your clothes up to make them tighter!

serenfach Joking aside, I've been thinking about your symptoms. What are you taking at the moment, and how much? Have you tested cortisol recently, or anything else?

Not tested anything - GP would not even come out for the old man next door who died, let alone do a blood test. I will just keep on keeping on...

I think I may have sussed the problem. I have been using a shampoo that says "increases body".

I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Your poor neighbour...

I would defo blame the shampoo. ;-)

Crimestoppers are appealing for information;

When you hear on Crimestoppers that they have recovered something, anyone else here wonder what they covered it in, like recovering an old sofa? A nice bit of Draylon?

OK, just me.... :)

I had the same problem. One night all the padding around my middle migrated to the front taking my love handles and bum with it. There are two suspects- hypo and post-menopause and I’m not sure which one did it. Whichever one it was I swear they have been stealing my hair and energy for a long time.

Needed this laugh! Not a laughing matter when I look down at my two spare tires! Has definitely snuck up on my over lockdown. Goodness knows how long this will take to remove .. surgically....lol x
