Advice On Blood Level Results Pls: Taking NDT. Also, Can You Straight Switch To Another Brand Or Have To Work Up?

Hi! I have been taking NDT for under a year and this is my latest results. I am not sure how to interpret them as I know it isn't as straight forward with NDT as it is with Levothyroxine. Any advice on the results below will be gratefully recieved. I am delighted with my T3 level as it has always been low or borderline before.

T3: 6.9 pmol/L Norm R: 4.0 -7.0

T4: 15pmol/L Norm R: 10 - 25

TSH: < 0.02mU/L Norm R: 0.55 - 4.78

My TSH has risen from 0.01 to 0.02 is this OK? My T4 is also lower as when I was on Levo it was either borderline high or just over before, is this OK with NDT?

Also, I am switching brands of NDT because I've had issues with supply recently and want meds with less fillers and binders anyway due to allergies. Is it OK to switch on my current dose or do I need to build up? I hope not as I am just feeling that things are getting sorted.
