I want to compare two results for me please On 01.06.18 my tsh 5.21 , ft4 13.5 and ft3 4.2 Than on 12.06.18 tsh 3.58 ft4 12.4 and ft3 4.4 .iam currently on Adrenavive II 1capsule and 1/4 and 1/4ndt .its been a dead slow process to get these numbers like that in 9 month tsh 3.58 has been the best for me so far so it’s a huge achievement for me ! Of course iam having few set backs as my temp went to 37.2 and I felt jittery as I was on Adrenavive II treatment increasing 1/4 capsule every 7-10 days but had to stop everything last week Sunday as per dr P advice and just stayed on 1/4 Adrenavive for now till next Monday ( I had to stop ndt too) .How can someone tell if u r converting alright or not from blood tests? If someone uses ndt what tsh ft4 and ft3 should be to feel good!? Roughly? Iam far from good but these results have been best so far ! Thank you

If you are on anything other than Levo - that is taking NDT or T3 or T3 added to Levo - then conversion doesn't really come into it.

When on Levo only you can see from the FT4 and FT3 results how well you convert, or not, when TSH is down to about 1. When you are on NDT or add T3 then you will be getting a FT3 result that reflects the fact that you are taking T3 in some form, so then you can't possibly tell how well you convert T4 to T3.

If someone uses ndt what tsh ft4 and ft3 should be to feel good!?

That's very individual. When taking NDT your TSH will usually be low or suppressed, and FT4 will usually be lowish, due to the fact that you are taking T3 in the NDT. FT3 will usually be higher in range. But where you feel good is very much down to each individual person which is why it's recommended to increase slowly and gradually, dose-wise, so that you don't miss your sweet spot.
