Ndt or chemical? For and against. Villigi ? And leg bulge?

Please could anyone enlarge on this for me, I feel I should know but I just don't which way to go

Having been strengthening up adrenals with Adrenavive I chose to do it re Dr P and not take thyroid meds at same time - actually not quite true, I took metavive with Adrenavive firstly per instructioin and then soon felt very ill again , so decided to go it alone with increased Adrenavive on its own for six weeks, Dr P gave thumbs up -

Has Been emotional rollercoaster without thyroid meds. Mood awful coping awful, (Metavive is like a ndt but no true measurement in it as far as I know but is porcine, natural )

Now have small or large dilemma (haha.) everything seems massive at present. - I want to intro thyroid meds again, now adrenals stronger, I can tell they are,

my mood was drastically low some days I imagine I had become a werewolf!!! Unbearable at times, also building up below range progesterone and ostregen. That must help too and diet good again and gf lactose free sugar free although weight the same

Funnily this is a good day for whatever reason, it surely can't be the one metavive I took this morning .....

However I have never got myself up to 75 levo,

I got up to 50 back the. and then my anxiety was screaming but importantly this was before I took Adrenavive

So, I still feel I should give levo 75 levo a go, the endo I saw just before I saw dr P said to do this. (She said my adrenals were fine but with Dr P reflex testing they were very flat indeed.!! Endo did the urine test and said normal, but the endo would oblige me t3 if still unwell and not converting after taking 75 levo. (what confused the issue and with great respect as it's a wonderful site, I was told I Wasnt converting on here, but then my tsh was 4.8? so I gather now it was impossible to know if I was converting or not with a tsh at nearly five?) so I took some t3, before seeing DrP as he was poorly and I was cancelled

My t4 though was always high in the range and my t3 was low in the range, still are, and tsh the same. - Only difference now is have good vitamins and stronger adrenals!

And hopefully better progesterone and ostregen

So after ramble, maybe I will go to 75 levo and give it a whirl. ?

Can I start on 50 for six weeks Or have I first to do 25 for six weeks? I read that 25 could be unhelpful but unsure why?

Any input really appreciated, Although very Tempted to go ndt as it's natural and not chemical, but appreciate not as clear cut as taking chemical ones separately. Especially if needing to adjust. and ndt has the other range of hormones in it which may or may not Be useful as we don't really know .........but possibly my t4 will go over top as was high anyway

I gather Dr P prefers me not to get hung up with numbers as how you feel more important, difficult,. I can get a bit paranoid but thought this is lack of t3

My villagi on foot is worsened, unsure if from lack of t3 or from antibodies, (White unpigmented spots ) anybody know please or even had success with it?

Lastly I'm noticing I have a kind of fatty bulge under one knee, not the other, a doctor wiped it off as fat, but it seems most strange it's not on both legs?

well i am on Adrenavive 11 and I had a huge rollecoaster and set back too its not only you...At times I feel so confused-will it really work for me ? I guess we have to be patient thats all...I started just with 1/4 only of aDRENAVIVE Iin the beginning 9but i was already on ndt 3/4) so dropped it to 1/4 and 1/4 still not good cause once i took adrenavive i felt so weird dizzy slept in bed all day. I have managed to get to 1 capsule now ...still I feel so so tired no power or anything. Iam on 1/4 and 1/4 ndt....he told me to continue with 1/4 and 1/4 ndt but i tink i will drop now back to 1/4 ndt only and will up the adrenavive...i think its making reverse t3 now. I can feel it. I have see nutriotionist and neuropath and iam starting liver cleans kideny and bladder flush...than will go for parasite cleans,. He said that it will take 12 months to reverse Hashimoto. I am GF free, sugar free no lactose. Trying to eat as health as I can. On what suppliments are you at the min for adrenals and in overall? wHAT IS UR adrenavive dose? Have u had hissing in ears? I have huge headackes constipation etc. i sleep very less my sleep is broken...They are def adrenals arent they? What is ur blood pressure roughly and temperature average in the morning and evening?

forgot to say...My TSH IS 5.2 ft4 13.5 ft3 4.2...What are yours? my t3 is still low and tsh is far from better i know. i just cant up the dose as my adrenals needs to be settled. i will decrease 1/4 ndt from tomorrow and will contiune with 1/4 ndt for some time while increasing adrenavive ii. I really feel that i aint got power nothing to do i feel so sleepy i could fall asleep on the street even. I am taking sleeping pills to fall asleep i have liquirise root tea every other day i take vitamin c 2000mg a day for adrenals i have stopped drinking coffee i dont smoke and i dont drink at all. I am also having selenium magnesium spray oil omega 3 vitamin b complex - every two days as my levels were over 800. vitamin d 3000iu fiber -inulin and FOS and prebiotics-kefir complex. I try to drink lots of water as much as i can.

my tsh has been the best in 9 months now ...i hope once adrenals will be sorted i will have much better levels

Thanks Ari3. So much for replying. Bless you and you seem to have other horrid things to bear, encouraging for us to know we are affected alike. Yes to tinnitus but had it anyway, has been worse since Adrenavive on and off, but for us anyway, it is the road to go, thank goodness we know about it. We have to know it will be worth it in long run, I'm on Adrenavive two and now taking three a day before one o'clock, Pm if you wish as don't want too many yawning

I think .i do need t bring in the thyroid meds now or it's almlst out counter productive surely as the stress anxiety I feel then hammers the adrenals, if you get my jist! But the sleep and good days allow them to heal I'm sure, I actually ran down the road out of the blue. So etching from the way last! It makes you wonder on bad days what in earth is going on but my daughter reminded me that yes, she has bad days we all do! And my little grandson gets jaded in our lovely weather too🤗

I'm seeing keniesiologist next week to test products, before he said I couldnt cleanse liver yet so hoping ok now

My levels are very similar. If the ranges are the same that is, my t4 higher than yours , temp around 36.5 and pulse 65 ish from 58, all good and u sire of bp as I get restock readings🙈🙈scares me witless so unhelpful hahaha

Mag good, I take powder, it gives runs if you overdose, bone broth and kefir still to get, did I say q10, so good to release the energy from cells

Turmeric, b12, D and k2 .......... nutri powder for gut and flora product. Know,there's plenty out there, started juicing, I lost nearly two stone last year but got a bit lazy and easily put some on, I was gf and sugar free and now lactose free as tested ok with dairy
