Hi Guys , I don't know if anyone can help me interpret my latest results from Blue Horizon ? I am still putting on weight at a steady rate although I strictly control my diet and strictly gluten free. I exercise every other day, but my main problem is lack of sleep I can fall sleep no problem but cant stay asleep for more than a couple of hours , frequently waking throughout the night often only getting 2- 3 hours. In general I feel well other than these two issues. I also have Low Testosterone which can also affect weight and sleep , I just don't know which health issue to target first to help me ! I have been told adding a little T3 may help do my results suggest this ?

I think increasing your levo should do it. Your TSH is too high, your FT4 isn't quite mid-range, and you don't look as if you have a conversion problem. T3 isn't a magic bullet. You already have quite a lot of it. And you making it naturally from your levo. So, just try increasing the levo.
Hi greygoose thanks for replying. It's good to know it looks like things are working ok , in your opinion how much would you recommend upping Levo by 25 mcg ?
