Hi Lauramay36,

This used to be a reputable supplier, but for over a year now they have let a lot of people down. I'm surprised you haven't seen all the posts.

Some people have received some, but not all of their order, but I haven't received any of the 600 I paid for in May 2017 (that's right 2017). At the beginning they said it was a manufacturing problem, but I've heard all sorts of reasons being given since. I received an email from them last November and another in March, both saying that they were about to dispatch my order, but didn't, and they are now ignoring my emails.

I heard from another member on here that they told her that they always had them in stock and that I wasn't a real person, just someone trolling on the internet, telling her lies to make her panic !

I've read that some people who have ordered very recently, have received at least some of their order, so I hope that you are one of the lucky ones.

Hi LauraMay36,

Have you some kind of proof that you've sent the payment, such as a WU receipt or copy of the bank transfer (with confidential bits blacked out) that you could scan and send a copy attached to an email?

It is worth doing that so they can't deny you've paid the full amount.

Yes I screen shot my bank transfer payments . I also got charged £9 from my bank which I knew about but they say they only received very small amount the gave some abuse and blocked my emails saying I was not telling the truth . I have all emails x

You’ve caught them out in a lie and they have no answer. If it had been a genuine misunderstanding, they would have apologised when you sent them the proof.

Personally, I would continue to send messages via their website and emails from a different email address, even if it’s to just say things like “when will I receive my order?” and “is there any news yet about my order?”. But then I’m annoyingly persistent, when I come across people who have ripped me off, lied to me and then lied about me. I will probably never get my order, but It doesn’t take much effort to do this and I’m not going to just go quietly and let them just forget it. One of us will get fed up eventually.

Have you contacted your bank in case they are able to help in some way. It is a fraud if they take money and don't send the goods. I think if you paid by credit card you might be protected but am not sure.

As they have blocked your emails, maybe another friend or family member can an email on your behalf stating you are contacting Authorities to report them for taking money and not supplying goods. Also state that you will also make sure no one will be buying any more products from them. They wont know whether you can or wont. Tell them you will give them ten days to send your goods then will speak a Solicitor.

You can also state that you have told contacted a Help Forum who have 80,000 members to tell your story to so that they will not be duped.. That might do the trick as people who do buy from them may not now do so.

That's rather worrying. Hope you get it sorted.

It is very worrying, first of all because you need replacement thyroid hormones and next they have stolen your money.

The distance selling deff covers you for Uk but im not sure about other countries or for the product purchased here. I dont think the law covers prescription meds.

I would deff be asking the payment source to refund the money but WU in the small print cover themselves by saying you are sending the money voluntarily and therefore they have no liability.

This site has been taking money for a long time knowing they cant get the stock, their excuse is they have passed on your money to the supplier and are also out of pocket, which i dont believe at all. I know lots of people scammed by a once reputable supplier but supply in that region has now been clamped down. Its blooming dishonest.

Hi Laura. I ordered from them this time last year. I still have received nothing despite numerous emails from me showing proof of payment and emails from them saying they would send my order. They initially claimed they were having supply issues, but since then I have heard of people getting orders from them and so have contacted them again - still no T3. They did not even respond to my last email.

I hope you do get your order - some people do. But I personally would never order from them again even if I received something from them. They are unreliable.

With all best wishes your order comes. If not, maybe we should all band together and let them know we are aware of what is going on and are spreading the word. It might trigger them into action, you never know!

Unfortunately, I don't know anything about them. <They> are just a company name I was given as a supplier of T3 ... I bought the smallest amount from them in case they were unreliable. Ironically the person who gave me their name was my endocrinologist who prescribes T3 for me but the health authority has banned him from doing this on the NHS. Other patients of his were using the company at the time and he said their blood test results were good.

I did tell him they have sent me nothing and he put it in his notes. Presumably he won't be recommending them to anyone else.

I might just let <them> know about that...

Hi Dee1,

I did reply earlier, but it seems to have disappeared, so I’ll try again. If it reappears, ignore one of them.

When I heard what this pharmacy had told the other member about me, I did tell them that we thyroid sufferers do talk to each other and that they now have a bad reputation here, which is a shame because previously they were often recommended. (I’d bought from them twice before without any problems.) But they never responded. It seems to be water off a ducks back.

Wouldn’t it be great if we could all go over there for a holiday and picket the place? I often go off on these flights of fantasy.

I also sent payment for an order in May 2017. I have emailed them several times and was also told there was a production problem. Have since been promised my order to be dispatched but have not received anything.

Have asked for a refund but no reply.

Don’t order !

Maybe try what I suggested above - it may not work but the more who do so maybe people will get their money back at least.

There is a very reliable supplier in Thailand but mostly do 100mcg tablets so no use for people on small amounts.

It is quite easy to split or quarter tablets if you use a pill cutter. I do quite often. I have also read that if taking NDT or T3, that we should add 1/4 table every two weeks to the dose we are taking until symptoms are relieved and you feel better. If pulse/temp goes too high (take both several times a day when increasing) and if either goes too high, drop back to previous dose. i.e. if you take 100mcg or equivalent, then splitting into four gives you (more or less) 25mcg. Sometimes we can feel very warm but temp hasn't increased so we're not on too much.

I have used three or four cutters but this one I found the best.

I had a problem end of March last year. Ordered 600 & it took two months to get half the order but it got worse for everyone else from then on really. Kept chasing & ended up with a replacement T3 that made me ill. Couldnt get refund or return for UP. Plucked up the courage to order more in January this year and received those fine but only ordered 300 this time.

Also be aware that the manufacturer shut down for the whole of August so that will also affect supply.
