after maintaining my 2 1/2 gain last week i wasnt expecting much
like i said last week they say you retain water when starting exercising and then you get the whoosh effect when your body accepts the fat has gone
well i whooshed good and proper and lost 5lb (still cant see where though lol)
3 1/2 stone award and slimmer of the week
total weight loss 3 stone 8 1/2 lbs
