Many, many congratulations on your weight loss, I cant seem to lose an ounce.
my consultant left last year and we have had stand in's ever since theres even been two nights when the group couldnt be open because they couldnt get cover, one night we had less than an hours notice
my son asked if i wanted to try WW and i decided a change and a guarantee of the group running every week was worth it and the change would do me good as i had come to a stand still at SW (thyroid not good and antidepressants ect all causing weight and loo problems)
i only carried on with SW as i had a countdown and wasnt going to leave while i had paid for groups and now with the award coming up and members (even stand in consultant) saying i should stay long enough to get it i decided 2 more weeks (there will be tears again)
WW is better for me as i need to cut the carbs as being diabetic, they are now points and weighed which works for me (SW is all carbs are free)
well done on your award its a great feeling isnt it
Thank you for your reply. I fully understand your reasons for changing. I’m very lucky that the group I’m with and the consultant are all very supportive. Also my husband is doing it with me, although he hasn’t got as much weight to lose.
Well done you for staying with it, I hope the WW Class will be a good one?
