Yes and magnesium apparently. As co-factors.

Sorry to gate crash this post but anyone know the best ratio of D3, magnesium and K2? Anything fit the bill out there on the market?

There is no ratio. The normal dose of K2-MK7 is 90-100mcg for up to 10,000iu D3. Don't forget that D3 and K2-MK7 are both fat soluble so need to be taken with dietary fat.

Magnesium you take the dose instructed on the packaging.

If you take D3/K2 by spray or drops ie straight into blood stream via mouth dose the taken with dietary fat still stand?

No Judith, as far as I am aware it doesn't need to be taken with fat because it's not absorbed through the stomach. I don't take a spray so actually haven't given that much thought! Happy to be corrected if anyone knows any different :)

Not in my opinion. It's absorbed in mouth so what you eat with it, or near it, must be irrelevant

I wouldn't take it very close to taking Levo, but again as a mouth absorbed spray, it possibly doesn't need to be four hours away from levo

Good link about magnesium and K2

If you have D3 and K2-MK7 softgels, then they will contain (usually) extra virgin olive oil and this will aid absorption. If you've got tablets (so no added oil) then taking them together will mean they will compete for the fat in your meal. So - softgels, yes you can take them together. Tablets - no, take them apart and with some dietary fat.

Magnesium, as it's calming, is best taken in the evening. It doesn't necessarily have to be taken with food - unless it says so on the pack. I use a powder, mix with orange juice, and take about an hour before bed. Remember to keep magnesium 4 hours away from Levo so if you take your Levo at bedtime you'll have to experiment and see if you can take the magnesium earlier in the day.

Thank you every one. I have K2 tablets so will take them with some sort of fat away from D3. I take my Magnesium at bedtime.
