So should I be worried by the rise in thyroglobulin antibody and TPA bearing in mind the 6 month difference.
I’ve been taking 1000 vitamin D along with the 80 prescribed by my GP but it’s hardly moved and I also walk the dog for over an hour each day so have plenty of daylight. My folate has risen nicely and I’ve got a few pills still left in the bottle.
With these latest results which are normal accordingly to Medichecks I’m still feeling exhausted and my walking and basic excercise routine leaves me nothing else to function on. Still have dizzy spells, fuzzy head, poor concentration blah blah. I’ve just ordered some magnesium pills to see if they will help.
I’m whittering on now, I guess I just wanted to share in case someone has any suggestions.

You are a little under-medicated. Your TSH is slightly high, and your Frees slightly low. So, if you don't feel good, there's plenty of room for an increase in dose.
The antibodies just mean you have Hashi's. Did you know that? They fluctuate all the time, so nothing particularly sinister in the fact they've increased. It doesn't mean your Hashi's has got worse, or anything like that.
I wasn’t too sure about the antibodies to be honest. Also not in any medication Dr told me there was no way she’d even contemplate giving me anything with previous results. I decided to try taking some vitamins and am feeling a little better. Magnesium is next to try!!! Thanks for replying it’s put my mind at rest.
OK It might help to try a gluten-free diet and take some selenium, too. But, you don't look as if you need thyroid hormone at the moment. Still, keep an eye on it, because having Hashi's, it will more than likely get worse.
If you live in the UK, daylight in the winter is unlikely to lift your vitamin D level as the sun is not high enough in the sky. In the summer you would likely need mid-day sunshine to make much difference, morning and evening daylight is unlikely to be sufficient. However, 15 mins in the middle of the day when the sun is high in the summer may be enough to raise your levels if you keep supplementing too. Do you take your vitamin D with the fattiest meal of the day? It needs fats/oil to absorb well.
