Morning everyone

My 1st blood tests were early May and I started taking Levo

Just wondering what the time scale should be between tests ?

6-8 weeks, Anniewoz1. So by the end of June, especially as you’ve only been put on a starter dose of levo.

All thyroid tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after.

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, GP will be unaware)
