Results being in range doesn't mean they are at optimal levels. Can you post your test results, with their reference ranges, so we can see if you are on enough Levo.
Post your vitamin and mineral levels also and say how much Vit D you are taking.
Results from Feb.
Serum ferritin 30 ug/l (10-150)
TSH 0.96 mu/l (0.27-4.20)
I don't have t4 or any other results, I did ask for all my vitamin levels etc but they only did iron, thyroid and normal blood count.
Vit d is just otc 25ug.
Ask GP to check if you have Alopecia Areata which is another autoimmune condition.
I was told I was anaemic in October but not been advised since. Was given prescription ferrous fumarate? Then but that's all.
Will try to get a doctors appointment and request full vitamin levels.

If you were diagnosed anaemic and prescribed ferrous fumarate, then you should have had a follow up test to see where your levels were, and further prescriptions if necessary. If the GP doesn't suggest these follow ups then it is up to the patient to make sure it's done. Ask for new iron tests to check levels.
If you have been told that you are anemic and hypo, and the pattern of loss is every day and mainly after you wash it; then your hair loss condition is closer to a Telogen Effluvium than alopecia areata.

Once your T3 levels are optimal and your levels of ferritin, All Bs (mainly B12, B5, folate), and Vit D are also optimal, your hair will stop shedding and will start to recover.
You had extremely high TSH when diagnosed
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4, TT4, FT3 plus TPO and TG thyroid antibodies. Plus vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12.
Essential to test thyroid antibodies, FT3 and FT4, plus vitamins
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.
All thyroid tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting.
If on Levothyroxine, don't take in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, GP will be unaware)
If antibodies are high this is Hashimoto's, (also known by medics here in UK more commonly as autoimmune thyroid disease).
About 90% of all hypothyroidism in Uk is due to Hashimoto's. Low vitamins are especially common with Hashimoto's. Food intolerances too, especially gluten. So it's important to get antibodies tested.
