Daughter's result

These are my daughters results. She's currently 19 weeks pregnant.

She tested for antibodies after seeing the low t4 and t3.

Anti TG 153.1 <64

Anti TPO 6.71 <34

Why is the TSH so low when t3 and t4 is scraping the bottom? Though she tested at around 11am after eating. Despite my advice to go early and fasting.

She is not on meds.

She is tired, Losing a little weight despite being pregnant, constipation and mood swings.

The endo she saw reluctantly prescribed 25mcg of Levo, though told her the results could just be from pregnancy.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

I think the answer could lie there.

Thanks! But would it have made a huge difference , u mean it probably wouldn't have gone out of range?

Is the T4 and T3 affected in the same way as TSH? Would they have been lower?

I can't say for definite but I don't think TSH would have gone over range, but it would have been higher.

Check out the graphs of daily rhythms of thyroid hormones here and you will see how they change over the day

Her raised TG antibodies confirm autoimmune thyroid disease and may need to be taken into account too.

Plus pregnancy messes with hormones.

After an unexpected mid morning test after eating, my TSH differed significantly. I was diagnosed with fasting early morning test and thevunexpected test had a TSH of 2.something. Will dig out exact results and dates when I get home if that’s helpful?

If it's not too much trouble that would be interesting. Thankyou
