D3 + K2 dosage advice please

I’ve a spray of D3+K2 (vegavero)

It states 1 spray per day with fattiest meal.

1 spray is vit D3 20ug (400%NRV) (I don’t have the symbol for the correct “u” !)

vit K2 75ug (100% NRV)

Just wondering if this is standard dosage or erring on the cautious side ?

That particular brand contains 800 IU of vitamin D3 and 75 mcg vitamin K2 . Not much D3 at all and almost enough K2 for up to 10,000iu D3, very unbalanced.

Not sure why you bought that particular spray with a Vit D level of 40nmol/L and after the suggestions for the doses you needed in this thread healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
