I tried but they only had liquid T3. They wouldn't sell it to me as I'd been taking tablets.
Yes, I went into a farmacia and that’s what they had ... The lady was willing to sell me some as I had a packet of Tiromel on me .. 13euros for a little 20ml bottle ... Has anyone used this stuff before?
It's called Liotir and it's T3 suspended in alcohol. I use it all the time because many tablet forms don't agree with me. Very easy to control the dose. One drop equals one mcg.

We have seen mixed reports. Some suggest that they can get one bottle of Liotir easily enough but not more. I wouldn't want to rely on being able to buy it over the counter.
In a city there are loads of chemists so you can have a stroll and buy one bottle in each one. Alternatively get a letter from your gp/endo which explains you are taking the medication. Get the letter translated you should be able to buy more bottles in one transaction. I think you get 560mcg per bottle. So if you're taking large doses probably not the cheapest way to buy T3.
