Thyroid results show poor conversion so you need some T3 added to a slighly lower dose of Levo.

B12 could do with improving. An extract from the book, "Could it be B12?" by Sally M. Pacholok:

"We believe that the 'normal' serum B12 threshold needs to be raised from 200 pg/ml to at least 450 pg/ml because deficiencies begin to appear in the cerebrospinal fluid below 550".

"For brain and nervous system health and prevention of disease in older adults, serum B12 levels should be maintained near or above 1000 pg/ml."

Sublingual methylcobalamin lozenges 1000mcg will help raise it, plus a good B Complex to balance all the B vitamins.

Folate is low, it should be at least half way through it's range. The B Complex will help there, look at Thorne Basic B or Igennus Super B.

Vit D at 31.6 is dire and is just 1.6 above the level where you would be given loading doses. Ask your GP if he is willing to prescribe loading doses, then come back and tell us what your GP is going to do. If he wont prescribe loading doses then I will suggest what to buy and the dose and let you have details of the important cofactors needed when taking D3.

Ferritin isn't bad at 66.2. It needs to be at least 70 for thyroid hormone to work properly, preferably half way through range. You can easily raise your level by eating liver regularly, say once a fortnight, either as a meal or chop small or mince and add to curry, cottage pie, casserole, spag bol, etc.
