help getting t3 online

could some one please privet message me where i can get t3 online i am not going to go on like this feel so unwell and get every cold flu bug going and get told my leavels are fine .

Sorry to be negative - I am afraid things won't improve if your iron is still low. Have been reading your previous posts. How are your other levels now ? TSH - FT4 - FT3 & B12 - Folate - Ferritin - VitD ?

iron still bit low and they put me on folic and vit d also get my b12 injection every 8 weeks but struggling with weight loss . did manage to loose 3 and a half stone but starting to creep back up and still dieting and swimming .i have so much problems with iron take small amount of liquid iron when i can was going to try t3 as well to see if it would help . and eat lots of green in diet. doctors say all my thyroid blood look good but not had my blood done yet only get them done once a year now as there not much they can do about my iron .

How much VitD and what was your result before supplementing ? Are you taking a GOOD B complex with your B12 injections. You need one with Folate/folic Acid as it works in a VERY important way with the B12 in the body.

Read my recent post about The Lucky Iron Fish - pop into soups and casseroles to raise your iron levels. Do you eat liver ? When supplementing Iron it should be tested on a regular basis. Taking T3 will NOT help your Iron.

Are you in a postition to have Private Testing done in the Home through Thyroid UK ?

You really must be more vigilant with recording details of test results with ranges and supplements - especially if you are considering T3 in the future ....

no i could not afford to get test done thank you for your reply i will read your post thanks again you have been a great help when i get blood done next time will ask for print out .

You really need to have current thyroid results for

TSH

FT4

FT3

Thyroid antibodies

before considering adding T3.

Also, if your nutrient levels aren't optimal then no thyroid hormone is going to work. For instance, ferritin needs to be at least 70 for thyroid hormone to work and conversion of T4 to T3.

thank you for taking time to reply i have a lot of bother taking iron they tried to give me an infusion but i took very bad reaction to it and i cant take a lot of iron as i get very sick when i do i am taking a small amount of liquid iron at the moment but cant only tolerate small amounts .i just have to concentrate in getting blood to a good leave thank you so much for all the help.

Eating liver will raise your ferritin level, maximum 200g per week due to it's high Vit A content, plus including lots of iron rich foods in your diet apjcn.nhri.org.tw/server/in...

What about your results? Ask your surgery for a print out of them, it's your legal right under the Data Protection Act. Ask for past ones, they may only give the most recent but that's a start. Make sure it's a print out including reference ranges, don't accept them verbally or hand written as mistakes can be made.
