Here are my latest results from 5th April. They don’t test for reverse t3 in Oz. I’m currently taking 50mcg T4 and 25mcg t3. I waited at least 24 hours after my last dosage before having the blood test.
I still feel a bit ragged and unwell, brain fog, struggling to find words when speaking, and generally under par. I do not have any jittery symptoms or racing heart. I feel sluggish in fact.
I’d appreciate your thoughts on these results and whether I should be increasing/decreasing or what.
Many thanks

Only stop 12 hours max for t3 before blood tests 🙂
You are very undermedicated, though Ft3 would have been higher if you'd only left 12 hour gap... TSH under 1 is best for tested hypo patient and Ft3 and Ft4 in the upper third of ranges. You need an increase in meds... Six weeks after increase re test bloods and increase again if needed. 😀 That's my opinion 😀
Drat! I thought it was a 24 hr gap😐. Oh well...so I dunno if I should raise the t3 or the t4. Perhaps I’ll start with adding an extra 6.25mcg of t3 and see if that makes me feel any better. Thanks for your reply.
Well all of your results are in range! Congratulations! But as you don’t feel well .... they’re not the right results for you. From your other posts I assume that you’re already taking T3. Maybe a slightly higher dose would resolve your symptoms? Good luck
