The ranges should be in brackets after the result. A typical FT4 range is (12 - 22). But, all labs have their own ranges, so you can only interpret a result using the range used by the lab where the test was done.
The blood results look 'good' assuming typical reference intervals. Many patients still have problems with good blood hormone levels. It would depend upon how well she can express how she feels but I would be inclined to ask her doctor to trial her on a little liothyronine which is a form of 'T3' the active hormone. I would not increase her levothyroxine as high fT4 levels tend to be counterproductive. I think she should have specialist care from a paediatric endocrinologist. She has enough to cope with without potential hypothyroidism. Perhaps they could do some tests such as measuring her ankle reflex time as this is a good indicator of thyroid status.
