update on CBD oil

im on one drop of green and one drop of light (both low dose, light is weaker than green) twice a day

im finally able to take my full dose of eltroxin (150mcg) i was only managing 100 a day as i would get all jittery

im off my beta blockers and my heart rate is now high 50's low 60's which im comfortable with

i have increased my steps from 2000 a day to most days 3000 but my daily target is 2750 (i know its not a lot but its the best i can do)

sleeping has improved slightly but im getting so weird, crazy, scary dreams

will be increasing my dose tomorrow to 2 drops of green twice a day (im using the light so its a half increase as i know what im like with meds)

Good news. I have a 3000 a day step goal, so we are step buddies!

Are you on Fitbit? Would you like to be Fitbit friends? All my current friends are ablers and get loads of steps.

I'm low at the moment, as dislocated my knee at Xmas. But hoping to start having a 2000 goal this week. I was up to 4000-ish before Christmas, but am taking my build up very slow this time, because I think that's how I hurt the leg.

hope your knee gets better soon nothing worse than leg pain

i still have the 2750 daily target and figure anything above is a bonus as i dont want to over do things
