ordered 2 bottles monday, and they arrived yesterday

its a bit of a faff timing doses between meds

4 hours for blood thinners, heart meds and beta blockers

2 hours between other meds

managed 2 doses yesterday

1st dose tasted of caca poo poo

so i posted on what i could add it too to make it tatste better while waiting for my silicoln mould to arrive and was told to add a drop to a choc button, so i got a small pack incase i decided to eat the lot and did one drop on it and placed under my tongue and had hardly any taste at all and i didnt eat all the buttons

im hoping to make my own so i can do a dose during the night

im on a fab group that are very supportive and help you every step of the way

its early days so no results to share as of yet but i will keep you updated on progress

Sounds interesting. What are you taking it for? I know a few people who take it to relieve pain, but are you taking it for a thyroid reason? Best of luck

if im honest im taking it for everything

its supposed to lower blood sugar which im struggling with, better energy, anxiety, depression and if it helps thyroid then even better

My friend said that since taking it she has slept much better and had more energy because of it, and feels a lot more cheerful

sounds promising

i know it can take a few weeks to notice any changes and im only taking 2 drops a day at the moment due to timing of other meds

I'll be interested to see how you get on with it. I've heard amazing things about it but it's not something I've tried. Yet!
