After initially improving on t4 I am now feeling pretty bad, see my profile for details. The only GP in practice who would prescribe thinks my levels are ok and the endo team won't see me for the same reason, "everything in range". I want to try ndt to see if thindgs improve. Can one of you kind people PM me a reliable supplyers contact details. Many thanks.

Why not add in some t3 first. You can not compare nth to t4 unless you inc t3.

You may feel ok with some t3 and it is positive the t4 helped initially.

Getting t4 on the nhs and adding some t3 yourself is a win win

I did think about trying to add some t3 to my t4. The reason I opted to try ndt was the expectation that with expected drop in tsh once I were to add t3 my gp would respond by lowing my t4 to compensate. I would rather get established on something the Gp can't fiddle around with.
