One of the admin posted a link about low stomach acid and the problems it can cause. This was some time ago but I'd appreciate finding it again. I'm being treated for acid reflux but find I have less discomfort when NOT taking the Ranitidine. Wondering if in fact I have low acid?

Thank you for posting. I'm looking for the content of a particular paper to share with my doctor. The information in this paper is extremely relevant to my wider health issues. I did have a copy of the link but it seems to have disappeared with my old phone.
I like ACV, & also eat citrus fruit in anticipation of eating things that might cause indigestion, though avoiding triggers is best. Water, weak green or white tea with slices of lemon, or an orange or half a grapefruit before meals works for me & have added nutrient perks. My digestion has improved greatly since I started drinking kefir every day, so indigestion is rare.
