I’ve had so many blood test which came out normal but am tired all the time, sweat at strange times, an cold when others are not, acid reflux, sleep apnea and knee pain in joints. I forced my dr to send me for a scan and found the two modules. Had biopsy and waiting for the results. Anyone have any ideas?

Two 4 cm Nodules in my Thyroid
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4, TT4, FT3 plus TPO and TG thyroid antibodies. Plus vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12.
Essential to test thyroid antibodies, FT3 and FT4 plus vitamins
Post results and ranges of any tests you have had. Ask FP to test ones not been done
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.
All thyroid tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, GP will be unaware)
If antibodies are high this is Hashimoto's, (also known by medics here in UK more commonly as autoimmune thyroid disease).
About 90% of all hypothyroidism in Uk is due to Hashimoto's

Joint pain is often low vitamin D - extremely common problem when hypo, especially with Hashimoto's
SlowDragon has pretty much covered everything. I think your biopsy was a Fine Needle Analysis (FNA), this will tell you if your nodules are benign or if you have one of the 5 thyroid cancers. This will let you know exactly where you stand. If it does come out cancerous, don't panic it is very slow acting and you can wait the few months it may be necessary for the operation. I had that operation, a total thyroidectomy, and I am pretty much normal, back on my bike and looking after my very large garden just like before. Pin SlowDragon's info on your 'fridge and work on it.
