Wonder if anyone can help. Tsh <0.01 t4 is 15.2 (at Christmas was 19) t3 which was done privately was 5.85. I currently take 150mcg levo and 20 mcg t3 divided in two doses. I feel rough weight gain extremely dry skin achy arms and legs. Am I over medicated or could this be secondary hypothroid. Previously I have has hyperprolactonemia and took bromocriptine for many years. Any advice please

Sorry but we need the ranges for those results. Results without ranges are meaningless. But, you're not over-medicated if your FT3 is still in-range.

Why do you think you might have Secondary hypo? Your TSH is suppressed because you are taking T3. Do you know what it was when you were diagnosed?

Secondary hypo is low TSH plus low FT4/3. Over-medicated is suppressed TSH plus over-range FT4/3. So you cannot think you are over-medicated and have secondary hypo at the same time.

Do you have high thyroid antibodies? If so this is Hashimoto's also called autoimmune thyroid disease. If not had antibodies tested, request they are

Have you had vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested? These are often too low and need supplementing, but important to test first.

Your Thyroid results look about perfect. On T3 it's normal for TSH to be low in range. Both FT4 and FT3 are within range
