Hi everyone. As selenium is often sold in combination with other nutrients, which would you recommend: selenium on its own; selenium with vitamins A, C and E; selenium with zinc; or selenium with ACE and zinc?
Ideally I would regularly test for these nutrients but the cost is somewhat prohibitive!

Are you talking about a formula that contains selenium along with other vitamins/minerals as a combo in one pill? If that is the case, I would recommend taking the selenium as a single ingredient tab... no more that 200 mcg daily. I just like being able to control how much I take since some selenium is often included in multiple vitamin pills, etc.
