Hi first posted here a couple several weeks ago suffering various hypo symtoms. The fatugue was awful and depression was developing. Steady weight gain and inability to lose weight.
My GP checked all my vitamin levels all where within range but not necessarily high in range. I decided to self supplement with B12, selenium iron and increased my maintenance dose of vit D.
I have also been gluten free for about 3 weeks.
After a few weeks I'm finally starting to feel better. I have some energy and the fatigue has greatly improved.
That's all down to the great advice given here. Thankyou.
However my TSH is dropping in December it was 0.1 (0.27-4.2)
In January it was 0.08
And I recently had them done privately at medicheck as the Dr refused to test t4 or t3 and got these results.
Tsh 0.04 (0.2-4.2)
T4 18.5(12-22)
The report said my T3 was normal but it wasn't listed with the results which is beyond frustrating.
I emailed 2 days ago but have as yet received no response. I guess the weather could be effecting this.
After the TSH in January my GP insisted on reducing my Levo from 125mcg to 100mcg. I'm so worried this going to set me back again.
I was waiting for the results to go back to argue my case for keeping my current dose. Any advice anyone? The further reduced TSH is not helping my case.
Test were conducted early in the morning b4 taking Levo and fasting.
