T3 will have been peaking in your blood and that's why your FT3 is so high. Tell your GP you'll take another FT3 test if he's concerned and make sure you leave 8 hours between last dose and blood draw.
Leaving just one hour will give a false result, especially for the fT3. The T3 hasn't had time to bind to the serum transport proteins and so the free T3 reading will be very wrong. Have the blood taken about half-way between L-T3 doses and this will give an accurate reflection of your average fT3 levels.
