Could you advice me what to do? Take 112,5 mcg t4? Latest results on that was ft4 15 (10-19.8) how do I decrease this fastest by skipping levo tomorrow and resume 112.5 after that? If I decrease should I increase t3 a bit or keep it the same? Or would it be better to take 100mcg levothyroxine and increase t3 to 18.75 or 15?
Any thoughts are welcome.
All vit and min are optional and I do have hashis.

Thank you. Do you think I shall reduce to 100 even though my result for ft4 on 112.5mcg was only 15 (10-19.8)? Isn't it likely to cause a low ft4 then? And if I want to keep 112.5 shall I take less for a day or 2 to get levels down quicker?
This is so hard I think.
Just got my antibodies back too that shows I have hashis. Feeling sad because of that. Is it enough to go gluten free? I've read a book about autoimmune diet that said take away all grains, diary, eggs and a lot more. It just seems too much. 😔
You don't need high T4 when you are taking T3 direct and having it over range may mean it converts to rT3 instead of T3.
Gluten-free is helpful but I don't believe in eschewing all grains, dairy and eggs etc. unless the foods upset you. I really don't believe very restrictive diets can be helpful.
If I reduce to 100mcg levo do you think I will have enough t3 or will it also be too low? I understand that you can't possibly know this but maybe you'll have a clue how much a 25mcg decrease in levo will decrease my ft3 levels..
Do you have gut issues? If yes then you may need to consider a comprehensive review, but if you have no major gut symptoms then I agree with Clutter to start with gluten elimination and see how you do.
Then going gluten free is going to be enough of a challenge. I had major gut issues and was stuck on an elimination diet, whilst seriously ill. Moving to AIP elimination allowed me more foods and highlighted some food intolerances. Do your own research via AIP websites, Dr Amy Myers, Dr Izabella Wentz, Dr Tom OBryan, and Dr David Perlmutter etc so that you understand what you omit and why. Good luck.
