Soya lecithin and Hashimotos

I’ve just bought some Solgar high potency B vitamins to support my adrenals. I’ve just notice they contain soya lechitin. Will they do me more harm than good, or will they be safe to take to save wasting them?

Thanks Clutter. I’ve done a google search and read various responses, all of which are conflicting. I was interested in what members views were, as there’s some good advice on here from the horses mouth.
