What dose increase please?

Hi everyone - thank you all for the amazing help you give people. Although I've only posted once, I read all posts every day, and when my problem began, I knew you were the ones to go to.

For the longest time, I was feeling fairly good on 1.5 grains of WP Thyroid. Reverse T3 was a problem, though, because every time I would increase to 2 grains I would get anxiety and my FT3 and FT4 levels would stay exactly the same - when blood work was done for RT3, sure enough it showed higher than it had been. So I just stayed at the 1.5 grains and my blood work stayed consistent (although under medicated) at:

FT4 1.0 (.8 - 1.8)

FT3 3.2 (2.3 - 4.2)

Then came the shortage, and ultimately complete drought, of WP Thyroid. I tried Naturethroid and Armour Thyroid, neither of which work for me, even with trying higher and lower dosages (spread out over time). My blood pressure and heart rate went up like crazy and my anxiety was out of control.

So my doctor asked what I would like to do, and pure T3 (Cytomel) was the only option I felt comfortable with. I started the new script 5 weeks ago (10 mcg am, 10 mcg pm, and 5 mcg bedtime) and these are my current blood test results (after 9 hours since last dose):

FT4 0.6 (.8 - 1.8)

FT3 3.3 (2.3 - 4.2)

B12 641 (200 - 1100)

My next doctor's apt is next Tuesday, and I'm wondering how to proceed? I'm feeling much better with blood pressure and heart rate calming down to normal and anxiety just about gone. But my results aren't optimal, and just wondering:

How much Cytomel (T3) should I add per day?

Is it ok for me to have no T4 in my system?

If not, what should I do about that?

Note: My ferritin and iron levels have always tested optimal, including the most recent ones. Vitamin D is very low, but when I take it I get antsy and can't sleep very well at all. Folate tests have never been done. Also, I do not have hashis.

Many things are better from when I first started this hypothyroid journey, such as no more itchy skin, less hair loss, less anxiety (usually lol!), no more puffy face, no painfully red cheeks, no more foggy brain or low grade depression as well as other things. Not so good still: Sleep isn't always great, weight hasn't gone down much, hair still falls more than I'm happy with. All in all, I'd say I'm feeling 70% better than when I started so that's a great thing - but I know my health can be excellent and that's my goal.

Thank you for your help!

Vitamin D needs improving, especially it may be linked to insomnia
