TSH 2.6 indicates you are undermedicated. I would need to see the FT4 and FT3 lab ref ranges to see how good or poor FT4 and FT3 are.
The goal of Levothyroxine is to restore the patient to euthyroid status. For most patients that will be when TSH is 0.2 - 1.0 with FT4 in the upper range. FT4 needs to be in the upper range in order that sufficient T3 is converted. Read Treatment Options in thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/about_...
They're both low in range which is why TSH is high and you've been given a dose increase. You should have a follow up thyroid test in 6-8 weeks to check levels. Arrange the blood draw early in the morning when TSH is highest and fast (water only) as TSH drops after eating and drinking.
