Your iron tablet must be taken 4 hours away from your thyroid meds and at least 2 hours away from any other supplements/medication as it affects their absorption. Also, take each iron tablet with 1000mg Vit C to aid absorption and help prevent constipation.

All other supplements should be taken 2 hours away from thyroid meds.

B vitamins are best in the morning, no later than lunchtime, as they can be stimulating and may affect your sleep if you take them in the evening. When taking B12 you should also take a B Complex to balance all the B vitamins.

Vit D should be taken with dietary fat as it is fat soluble, so best taken with the fattiest meal of the day and should be taken 4 hours away from thyroid meds. When taking Vit D supplement there are important cofactors that are also needed which your doctor won't know about (they aren't taught nutrition. K2-MK7 and magnesium are most important vitamindcouncil.org/about-v... . K2-MK7 is fat soluble so again should be taken with dietary fat. Magnesium can be calming and best taken in the evening.

Ferritin is optimal half way through it's range.

B12 is best at the top of the range.

Vit D is recommended by the Vit D Council to be100-150nmol/L or 40-60ng/ml depending on the unit of measurement used for your test.
