Is it ok to take adrenal cortex extract together with T3?

Hi everyone, wishing u all good health & happiness for 2018!

I'm on T3 only for Hashimoto's & wondered if it's ok to take ACE together with my thyroid meds & would love to hear other peoples' experiences with this combo. Thanks : ))

If you mean at the same time, then no, it isn't alright. Thyroid hormone should be taken on its own, well away from other supplements or medication.

If you mean taking both in the course of a day, well away from each other, I would imagine that a lot of people do that. Although I haven't actually done so myself. :)
