How often do you take the 8,000IU spray? Do you take the vitamin D cofactors of magnesium and vitamin K2-MK7?

I take the vitamin D 8000iu every day and I have never taken magnesium. K2-MK7 is in the 3000iu spray. Thanks

I'm confused as you said you take the 8,000IU spray not the 3,000IU, which contains vitamin K2-MK7. Try taking the cofactors with vitamin D3.

As you aren't really suppose to go over 10,000IU per day, you may have to take tablets/capsules instead of using the spray.

Thanks I take 3000iu with K2-MK7 spray twice and 1000iu twice to make it 8000iu

Sounds like you are not absorbing one or both supplements.

It could either be when you are taking the supplements e.g. not with meals with sufficient fat in them, or the supplements themselves may not have the dose stated in them.

I would either try and change the times I took the supplements, making sure I took them with a meal with fat in it, then retest in 12 weeks. Or change the supplements completely, then retest in 12 weeks.

Yearly tests are really for people who are optimal. While you are trying to get optimal you need to test more frequently.

Vix224,

We don't get enough ultraviolet light Oct-April to produce natural vitD so that may be why vitD has dropped. I would double dose for a couple of months to raise vitD level and retest in late March.
