I’m flushed with 103 pulse. Could I be in danger of a thyroid storm from the stress? I don’t know if I should take the prednisone or not. I have a beta blocker I could take.

Your thyroid levels are currently euthyroid (normal) not hyperthyroid but TSH has dropped quite a bit and FT3 risen in only two weeks so you may be becoming hyperthyroid and should have another thyroid test in 3 or 4 weeks.

So definitely looks like Graves’(sorry for checking, but in the Uk we appear to have an epidemic of Hashi’s sufferers being told they are hyper !You can have hashis and graves’ , someone here will probably be able to check that if you provide the numbers).
When I was at my worst with Graves’, my pulse rate was regularly 95 when sitting reading or watching the television , so it didn’t take much to tip it over 100. That’s one of the reasons they are so keen to treat hyper symptoms .
