I have had a few funny episodes recently, usually around mid morning. Feel nauseous, very lethargic and feel like I could pass out. I feel I need to eat something and gradually come round after 3 hours, but feel washed out. I am having bloods done tomorrow. Just wondered if anyone had experienced this?
Thanks

To keep blood glucose from dropping, eat protein. Protein helps keep blood sugar stable because it metabolizes slowly. Also keeps you feeling satisfied. If you tend to eat a high carb breakfast (bread, cereal, etc.), that sends glucose up & doesn't stick around. That's the drop you're feeling, which does sound like low blood sugar.
