Advice please

These are my latest results on 125mcg t4 and 6.25 mcg t3. Took latest t4 morning before test and t3 in the afternoon before the test. The test was done 9am.

Tsh 0.03

Ft3 4.9 (3.5-6.5)

Ft4 15.5 (10-19.8)

I'm still not feeling good. What shall I do? Increase t4 or t3?

If those were my results, I would be increasing T3 to 12.5mcg and retesting in 6-8 weeks. Not medical advice, just my opinion based on my own experience.

Don't you think I should increase levo to get ft4 higher in range? I've read that optimal is upper quarter.

Lisan1,

FT4 is optimal in the upper quadrant when on Levothyroxine only. When taking T4+T3 optimal dosing is when FT3 is near, or in, the upper third of range.

And I agree with Clutter

Personally I would get your FT3 further up the range, then if necessary adjust the Levo slightly. It takes a lot of tweaking to find the right doses when on a combination, and it's very individual where you feel best.
