Does your GP know you are taking NDT or does s/he think you are taking Levothyroxine?
TSH is suppressed at 0.01 which many GPs and endos think is overmedicated. FT4 will normally be high in range or over range when TSH is suppressed and you are taking Levothyroxine so, if your GP isn't familiar with NDT which often results in low FT4, your GP is probably completely baffled by your results.
Skip your NDT dose the morning of the T4 and T3 thyroid blood tests otherwise the T3 in NDT will make the T3 result rocket. T3 result will at least indicate whether you are optimally dosed on NDT.
Prolactin, IGF-1 and ACTH are produced by the pituitary gland.
I suspect your GP is checking whether you have pituitary dysfunction due to your 'odd' thyroid results.
The serum cortisol test will show what level of cortisol is being produced by your adrenal glands. google.co.uk/search?q=Corti...
Total white count is low. If you've had a viral infection that can cause low wbc. I don't believe low wbc has any bearing on the tests your GP has ordered.
