can i be right in saying no news is good news?

I don't think any one can tell you that no news is good news but I do think if there was something obviously life threatening you would have been contacted.
A friend had an angiogram about the same time as you. I told her to phone the Consultant secretary as she was worried about lack of results. She was told around 3 to 4 weeks is the normal time for results. What usually happens is the radioorgraher (sp?) has a quick look and anything obviously wrong gets flagged and then the results are sent to whoever ordered the tests.
