When did you take your last dose of T3 when you had this test:
On higher dose 112.5 mcg levo and 18.75 mcg lio.
Tsh 0.03
Ft3 6.7 (3.5-6.5)
Ft4 16.7 (10-19.8)
It would have been better if your endo had suggested you reduce your T3 to 12.5 rather than 6.25mcg. You were only very slightly over range for FT3 so didn't need such a big reduction.
If it was me I'd increase the T3 to 12.5mcg and leave Levo dose as it is.
Would make it easier to take same amount every day.
So your FT3 result wasn't influenced by taking T3 too close to the blood draw, so reducing to 12.5mcg would have been the best thing which would have reduced your FT3 a bit, not by the large amount that it did with reducing to 6.25mcg.
As your results were good, except for the very slightly over range FT3, on 112.5mcg Levo plus 18.75mcg T3, I wouldn't increase Levo, I would increase T3 to 12.5mcg (please note, that is what I would do if it was me, it's not medical advice).
Are you sure your vitamin levels are optimal. Vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Personally I get terrible itchy scalp when T4 is too low.
Had it when I was first diagnosed over twenty years ago. It only stopped when Levo was increased to 125mcg. When started T3, Levo was reduced to 100mcg. Itchy scalp and other symptoms returned. Now increased T4 back to 125mcg, symptoms all gone.
