I'm treating myself with NDT. I've steadily increased my dose & I've been on 2 1/2 grains of Thyroid S a day since the beginning of November. I have a Better You B12 spray that I have 3 sprays of each day. I also have asthma that I use both a ventolin & beconase inhalers for.
I've found that the past week or so I have been unable to get my rings on in a morning (I haven't tried any other time) but is this something I should be worried about? Am I lacking in something or is it due to the increase in NDT?
Any help/advice gratefully received.

You weren't overmedicated on 2 grains 5 months ago and I doubt an additional 1/2 grain will have overmedicated you so I doubt it is related to thyroid. Perhaps you are retaining water?
That's good to know, thanks for your help Clutter.
I was feeling a little under medicated so I increased my dose by 1/4 about a month ago & I'm feeling fine so just wanted to check that this problems wasn't related. It's so easy to fall into the trap of blaming everything on our thyroids!
I was taking Thyroid s for 18 months and finished with three grains per day. Although my latest blood test showed that my FT3 was 1/3rd over the top range I never had any bloating of any kind, or increase in weight. It could be something else. Three grains is quite a high dose it could be that.
