Painful headache with dizzy spells and light headed ness

Hi everyone I have been having headache with dizzy spells for a long time about 9 years , can anyone recommend any vitamins that can help with this condition 😞 thanks

Dlo you have a thyroid problem ? You could be low in Iron or B12 - have you been tested ?

For full evaluation you ideally need TSH, FT4, FT3, TT4, TPO and TG antibodies, plus vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested

All thyroid tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. This gives highest TSH and most consistent results
