Your results show you are hypothyroid.

FT3 is below range

FT4 is at bottom of range

BUT normally then TSH would be high above range

So this suggests you have central hypothyroidism where the problem is caused by pituitary not sending TSH correctly

GP will only really look at TSH. You need referral to an endocrinologist.

You may have high thyroid antibodies- this is Hashimoto's also called autoimmune thyroid disease.

Low vitamin levels affect thyroid hormones

For full evaluation you ideally need TSH, FT4, FT3, TT4, TPO and TG antibodies, plus vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested

See if you can get full thyroid and vitamin testing from GP. If not private tests are available

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.

All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. This gives highest TSH and most consistent results

Print this list of symptoms off, tick all that apply and take to GP

Your ferritin is too low. Eating liver once a week will help improve the level

B12 is low, Folate needs checking as well, they work together
