Lancashire Support Group Meeting

Our next support group meeting is Saturday 2nd December, 2.00-4.00pm, in Chorley town centre.

There is plenty of free parking near the venue or, if travelling by public transport, it is just a 5-minute walk from both the train and bus stations.

I prefer to call our “meetings” get-togethers and they are quite informal: a drink, chat, chance to meet others experiencing similar and share information and ideas. I always bring along a few resources to browse. Also, especially if it’s your first meeting, if you would like to bring someone along, that’s fine too.

I am sure you will find the group very welcoming and between us we have a variety of experiences re. treatment.

I have already had several responses. I put up one of the Thyroid UK posters in the local library which along with the FB posting has already prompted a few new faces to get in touch. It is a lovely new venue that we are trying out.
