West of Scotland (Glasgow/Kilmarnock) Thyroid Support Group: February 2020 meetings

These are this month's meetings:

Thursday 13 February 2020 7pm to 9pm at Newton Mearns

Sunday 23 February 2020 3pm to 5pm at Kilmarnock (see below for venue)

Thursday 27 February 2020 7pm to 9pm at Newton Mearns

Come and join our friendly, informal group at the café in Waitrose, 2 Greenlaw Place, Newton Mearns, East Renfrewshire G77 6GW to have a chat, offload any problems or worries and exchange ideas about the best vitamin/mineral supplements, food ideas and treatments. We will be at a table by the partition with the store side of the café (i.e. the other side to where the windows are). A small sign will be displayed on the table. (The café stops serving at 8 but, like the store, remains open till 9.) Hope to see you there!

The Kilmarnock meeting will be at Morrison's, West Langlands Street, Kilmarnock KA1 2PY, in the main café (NOT the coffee shop by the entrance) from 3pm to 5pm. Our table will be at the front of the café, i.e. near to where the refreshments are displayed. A small sign with our logo will be on the table, and for those who don't know me, I have short dark brown/grey hair and will be wearing a navy blue fleece jacket.

I think there used to be a joint Thyroid/B12d group in Kilmarnock.

Hi Sleepybunny, yes, that was us! Anyone with a thyroid disorder, a condition such as B12d, Type 2 diabetes or any autoimmune condition is very welcome.
