Support group in Lancashire

Im interested in setting up a support group in the Colne area and would like to know if anyone would be interested.

It took me a long time to take the plunge to start mine. It is surprising just how many people there are that are local to you who find it so helpful to chat to others. Talking to others online saved me and I would have loved to have attended a group when I was struggling to get well.

If you put the name of your town in the heading it will stand out to others. There are usually 9 or 10 of us that get together but I have over 30 on my contact list. I have a meeting every 6 weeks. Good luck1

Yes thanks for that... Lancs is a huge area so narrowing it down a little might help. If i get this up and running would it be ok to contact you again to get some tips.

No problem, there is also a poster that you can print off on the main website or Louise would be able to send you a couple? And some information if you make it a thyroid uk group. I meet in my lounge and will look at other venues if the number of members grow. All the best
